What you'll do:

• Shape the vision and strategy for UX/UI and digital products 🌟

• Lead a team of talented designers, inspiring creativity and growth 👩‍🎨👨‍🎨

• Drive research, wireframes, UX audits, and user journey mapping 🗺️

• Build design operations to let the team perform at their best ⚡

Who you are:

• 5+ years leading UX/UI teams as a Creative Director/ACD

• Figma guru & design ops expert

• Confident presenter with a jaw-dropping portfolio

• Passionate mentor inspiring the next generation of designers
